Returns

We accept returns within 1 day of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as when received.

• Be in its original packaging.

Please note: Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds will exclude any shipping charges paid during the initial order.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product variation, please contact our customer care team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

• Used items

• Products damaged during washing or ironing

• Products damaged due to mishandling during opening

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Damages We Accept for Return

In addition to size-related issues, we will accept returns for the following:

• Torn fabric

• Loose or broken stitching

• Noticeable stains

• Damage caused during delivery/opening

All products are inspected before shipping to minimize the chance of such issues.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item, accepted damages).

• In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 2 business days after we receive your returned item.
Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund transaction.
